Hans Wildorf's revolutionary innovations were mainly related to the technical functions of the wristwatch, but were also the result of a strong aesthetic vision. The silhouette of the 18 kt gold case and the design of the dial of the 1908 are reminiscent of the classic Oyster Perpetual watches from 1931.
The dial features the Arabic numerals 3, 9 and 12, and a small seconds hand at 6 o'clock. In addition, the beveled 18 kt gold hour markers perfectly match the different styles of the hands: the minute hand is shaped like a sword and the hour hand features a circle. The 1908 has an alligator leather strap with green lining, finished with a Dualclasp.
